Twilight makes Mercury’s home.
Because Mercury (Roman) or Hermes (Greek) guides Gemini’s rulership, its orbital path never strays far from the Sun. Gemini travels the cusp of twilight as it blends day and night twice every 24 hours. Hidden often in the rays of the sunlight at dusk or dawn, Gemini sees the bending path as the light dims when the sun sets or breaks with the rising sunrise dawn. Perhaps this parallels how thoughts move through our consciousness – unseen, unheard till far enough away to stand in their own light’s reflection.
